Pinnacle
Custom Homes is a family owned and operated company that has
over three decades of business experience. Brothers Mike and Dan
O’Donnell have been serving customers in the south and
southwest suburbs that first started with the creating the
Riviera Country Club in 1973. In 1978, they expanded the club
with a Health and Recreation Facility followed the next year
by opening R.C. Mulligans, a restaurant and pub located on the
Riviera Country Club site. In 1986, the O’Donnells added
banquet facilities to the sprawling Country Club. With the
philosophical foundation of an excellent, customer
service-oriented organization that produces the finest
quality, the O’Donnell’s began to build custom homes in
the same manner.
Pinnacle
Custom Homes was founded in 1994 in Plainfield with the
Riviera Estates development located right off Route 59 between
127th and 135th streets. High quality custom homes with unique
designs and the most hospitable customer service marked the
start of the Pinnacle success story which has brought
invitations to build in many other Plainfield developments
including Harvest Glen, Graver Country Estates, Wallin Woods,
Walker’s Grove, Bronk Estates, Kings Crossing and now
in our new award winning subdivision Kings Bridge Estates. Pinnacle has also
built custom homes in Orland Park, Homer Township, Lockport,
Lake Holiday, Westchester and other prime suburban
communities.
With
Pinnacle’s philosophy of providing excellent customer
service while supplying the finest materials and highest in
quality workmanship, most of Pinnacle’s standards are other
builder's upgrades. As a leader in the booming growth of
Plainfield, Pinnacle’s high standards are becoming the

have been with them since the beginning in 1994 and continue
