King's Bridge Estates

Around the lake is a bike path that connects to the main bike path. Uphill to the crest looks down toward a beautifully landscaped turnabout. To the north is a vista of the pond inter-mixed with semi-custom homes. 

Further north on the left are side-load homes wile on the right are traditional homes.

Semi-custom homes are built around the center of a boulevard with a pond behind.

Shopping is conveniently located less than 5 miles away. Along Route 59 you have a wide variety of shops to choose from including Target, Wal-Mart and Meijers. There are plenty of restaurants for family nights out. For the handyperson in the family, Menard’s is right down the street.

Head down Route 30 and you will find historic Plainfield with all its old world charm. The village is Will County’s oldest community and one of the fastest growing communities in the state.

In additional to all Plainfield has to offer, King’s Bridge Estates’ children will attend the Oswego School District.
