purchased my home from Pinnacle Construction in 1996.
Since then it has always been a pleasure working with the
Pinnacle team. I have not had any construction problems
that weren't easily and quickly remedied. It is highly
unusual for a home construction company to take such a
personal interest in it's customers, and I have never
regretted building my home with them. If I build another
home in the future, it will most certainly be with
Pinnacle Construction! They are terrific group of
people!!!

If
you've looked at a lot of builders, you know there are many
companies that can build a good home. Pinnacle Homes are
not only built well, but where Pinnacle differentiates
themselves from all the other builders is their OUTSTANDING
CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER you've bought your home. So many
builders leave you high and dry once the closing is done.
Pinnacle's customer service is top notch and has far exceeded
my expectations as a home buyer.
Pinnacle
is in the business of building a home you can be happy with
and they strive to make your buying, closing and living in the
home a totally satisfying experience. Time and again
Pinnacle has willingly addressed every and any issue with my
home and went well beyond the 1 year warranty timeframe. They
also have been available for questions and have even gone so
far as referred us to remodelers or contractors in the area
for our decorating needs. It's great to have a reliable
source after you've been in your home for several years.
Aside
from construction, Pinnacle helps neighbors get together.
Throughout the year, Pinnacle Homes sponsors several outings
in which home buyers can participate and get to know their
fellow home buyers. It's a wonderful chance to meet
neighbors and make new friends.

My
wife and I chose Pinnacle Custom Home Builders, Inc. to build
our home over five years ago. While we had owned several
homes in the past, we had never "built from scratch"
before, and heard nothing but horror stories from
acquaintances who had found less than desirable builders.
Fortunately, our subdivision was partially built and we were
able to speak with several of the new homeowners before making
the decision. To our pleasant surprise, everyone we
spoke with had nothing but praise with about their experiences
with Pinnacle. Needless to say, we contracted with
