Yes. Being a
custom homebuilder, we can build from your plans or ours.
Can
we have 5 bedrooms? Yes.
As a custom home builder, we can revise our plans to fit
your needs or you can provide your own plans.
Can
we do brick all the way around house?
For an additional charge we can.
Are
finished basements included?
Finished basements are not included in the price, but you
do have the option to finish the basement to your
specifications. Our
most popular finished basement is the tiered home theatre
package.
Is
the basement included in the square footage?
No.
The basement is not considered living area and therefore
not included in the square footage.
Where
is the nearest Metra Station?
Union Station in downtown
Joliet
or
Naperville
.
Plainfield
does have plans to have a Metra Station built within the next 10
years.
Is
there a homeowners association?
Currently in King’s Crossing there is not a formal
homeowners association but when the subdivision is completed a
homeowners association will be established.
